Thank your leading lady in your life with a delightful Mother's Day High Tea on Level 36, where she’ll savour exquisite treats above breathtaking panoramic views of Sydney Harbour.

Head Pastry Chef, Kumiko Endo, has lovingly created a three-tier tower brimming with sweet and savoury delights, including a raspberry opera cake with rose water cream, along with a vanilla pecan cookie choux with white chocolate diplomat and pecan praline. 

Plus, your mum will adore reimagined high tea bites like applewood smoked beef brisket with blue cheese aioli and onion jam on a brioche bun, Hiramasa kingfish sashimi and dry-aged duck breast crepes with hoisin, beetroot, and cucumber.

To complete the experience, she’ll indulge in a selection of hot roaming canapés, including Manchego and raisin croquettes and salt and pepper calamari.

And, don’t forget the warm scones with clotted cream and house-made jam.

Mother’s Day High Tea on Level 36 will take place on Saturday 11 May and Sunday 12 May 2024 in two seating times from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM.

Priced at AUD 125 per person in the main dining room for tea and coffee pairing, AUD 135 per person for a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, AUD 155 including a Glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and AUD 165 for free-flowing sparkling wine.

Priced at AUD 149 per person at a window table for tea and coffee pairing, AUD 159 per person for a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, AUD 179 including a Glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and AUD 189 for free-flowing sparkling wine.

Terms and Conditions

  • Booking is essential.
  • 24 hours in advance notice for dietary requirements.
  • Credit card details are required to secure the reservation.
  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85% for all cards)
  • Sunday and Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

  • A minimum of 72 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty except for extraordinary events (Christmas, NYE, etc).
  • A late cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.
  • In the event of a no-show, the outlet will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of $50 per person will apply.

 

Group Reservation Policy I Applicable for groups of 8 and more, except buyout. 

  • For a group consisting of 10, an initial non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. Furthermore, an additional non-refundable deposit ($500) is requisite for each additional set of 10 people. 
  • The prepayment will not be refundable nor transferrable under any circumstances. This clause applies to the cancellation or rescheduling of the event. 
  • Group reservations (of 8 or more) will incur an additional 10% service fee. 
  • Sunday and Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge. 
  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85% for all cards). 

 

Group Cancellation + No Show Policy 

  • Prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances if the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours' notice. 
  • In the event of no show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and prepayment will not be refunded and transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances. The venue will keep the payment for good.
